The Role:

We are on the lookout for a UX/ Digital Strategy Director for a growing successful Experience Design hub in London. This could suit someone looking to step up into this role, or an established Director. There is huge potential for growth within this role with the support of strong Leadership Team.

This is a role which combines New Business and UX Strategy, we need someone who is entrepreneurial and looking for a challenge. This is a case of going into the jungle and coming out with diamonds. The opportunities to create here are vast, and the Clients are large and ready for change. You are the person who will stand up and make your voice heard, who can encourage big brands to take notice, and will lead them through transformations, future thinking, and NVP's. You will have a proven record of creating a strategy which was enabled by a digital experience (e.g. website or app) and supported the experience design team through that process ensuring that digital asset delivers on the strategy.

You will have free reign to make this role your own, and to grow and nurture a team of equally business savvy, hungry Digital Strategists. You will have a super UX team helping to define the digital product / service that will be created which will uphold the strategic imperative on co-owned deliverables.

You Are:

> You'll have:

Solid experience creating a strategy for a new digital product or service which was enabled by a digital experience (e.g. website or app). You will have done this with the support of an experience design team ensuring that digital asset delivers on the strategy. This experience is key to this role.

  • You will likely have come from a Client Service background originally and have superb verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A self starting and collaborative attitude
  • Flexible thinking, highly adaptable attitude, and able to juggle competing priorities with ease
  • Business development acumen, to identify further opportunities and help grow our practise
  • Experience in understanding market problems and developing strategic recommendations which deliver on growth opportunities through bringing digital products or services to market
  • Hands-on research expertise, from ethnographic and other qualitative research methods to
    quantitative methods (surveys, focus groups, quantitative analysis)
  • Experience designing and facilitating workshops and activities for clients and colleagues in both large and small groups
  • A passion for creating market leading digital experiences

Salary is reflective of Director level plus bonus
