The Role:

This role doesn't have creative boundaries on the output, therefore needs a problem solver that will seek out effective solutions across all creative channels.

First and foremost this is a Design position and needs someone that has been crafting digital concepts since they Graduated in their Creative Degree.

The basics: salary up to £55K + up to £5K bonus.

Working remotely initially and then on site in London 1 to 2 days a week.

Partnering colleagues across Research, AI, Emerging Tech, Digital Transformation, Behavioural Science etc etc, this team is 360 integrated and branding focused. Working at Board level, the team are strategic problem solvers headed up by three inspirational team leads. The team are all very passionate about design, take active roles in creative organisations outside of their 9 to 5 day jobs and therefore really love Designers that come with a hunger and passion to challenge themselves, learn and stay ahead of the curve.

Clients span anything and everything, The Arts, Fintech, Media, Education, FMCG, Challenger brands etc Every day is different, therefore the ability to change and adapt focus, with a background of working in agile environments, would be perfect!

This role would suit:

A master of Figma / Sketch

A passionate creative, one that challenges themselves inside and outside of working hours

A Designer skilled across brand positioning, UI, crafted typography, finessed solutions etc

This is not a pure delivery role and therefore wouldn't suit someone that is more focused on campaigns.

This candidate will have a strong ability to take client ideas and create an attractive product based on their needs. This candidate should feel comfortable creating prototypes and communicating with internal teams in order to deliver wholesome solutions. The candidate should also have an ability to follow budget constraints and demonstrate some pieces of previous works through a portfolio.


Understand desires of client and create attractive product
Work closely with product managers and other teams (sales and marketing) to establish plan for product release Acknowledge budget and make plans in order to follow financial guidelines
Create product prototypes prior to creating final product
Adjust approach towards designs based on feedback provided


Bachelor's degree
2 - 5 years experience in product design or related field
Strong creative, design and communication skills
Portfolio of work
Proficient in Microsoft Office
