Working under an inspirational Creative Director, this is a leadership role (Design Director / Lead level), working closely with strategists and UX specialists on the delivery of a diverse range of digital projects from brand creation through. We are looking for Designers that have a passion for creative that runs beyond their 9 to 5, people that strive to produce the most crafted results from the perfect typeface to the most innovative execution.
The team is a fabulous mix of global talent with experience in every creative field (product, branding, advertising, industrial, architecture, UX etc etc) and this role is one of the last pieces of the jigsaw.
No two days are the same. One day you could be working on the branding for a fintech, the next the complex delivery of a platform for a media giant. Therefore this suits a Designer with an adaptable style, experience across a wide range of digital output and a very commercially savvy approach to producing effective solutions.
The perfect candidate will have been trained in Graphic or Typographic Design, may have pursued an MA within Digital, will have experience of leading a variety of projects from brief through, will love mentoring amazing Junior talent and sharing in their career success and will pursue other creative interests outside of working hours.
You will need to have agency experience for this role.
