We're on the lookout for a Head of / Lead UX Designer for a creative digital ecommerce agency we work closely with.

The agency opened their studio in London around 3 years ago and have grown this to 60 people, with much further growth to come.

The Clients
They have a large portfolio of clients in luxury retail mainly. The agency work end to end on concept, design and production for ecommerce websites. They are still in startup mode and are winning lots of pitches, as well as having some super legacy clients from their global partner agency.

The Candidate
We are looking for a superstar Head of / Lead UX Designer. This position requires extensive knowledge of user research, customer journeys, insight mapping and producing wireframes etc. An eye for a beautiful aesthetic however is also key.

You will have a solid folio of complex projects within UX to show, any ecommerce or luxury brand experience is a plus.

This is a key hire for the agency, we need someone who is super passionate and lives and breathes experience design, also someone can work collaboratively with visual designers and the tech team.

Salary: £80k
