Designer / Art Director with a strong Illustrative style

We have a super Mid level Creative role working for a fresh and fabulous FMCG brand.
The role is a hybrid working on strong concepts, art direction, brand direction, marketing strategy and design - their output of work is super varied, including brand packaging, PoS, campaigns across print and digital, experiential and anything else they can engage with their audience. They have no guidelines in place, instead work in an incredibly agile and highly conceptual way.
What they need in a nutshell:
Someone who’s portfolio and experience demonstrates that they have a great understanding of creating campaigns
Loves coming up with ideas and is good at it.
Ideally they’d have a minimum of a year's experience at an in-house brand in a similar Creative / Brand role.
A love for art direction and shooting social content.
A great graphic design portfolio.
